Manufacturing Technician 2
The primary responsibility for this role involves kitting and packaging operations. You will kit manufactured cartridges and prepare them for shipment. You must be ready to work in a temperature-controlled setting, as the product will be shipped to customers across the US and internationally. Tasks include filling operations, kitting assembly operations, operating process equipment such as balances, pneumatic presses, pumps, and heat sealers, and potentially simple bulk formulations. Responsibilities
Ensure the correct product placement in the flow cell according to work instructions housed in a cloud-based application. Operate a heat sealing machine, ensuring foil is correctly applied and sealed to prevent damage and yield decrease. Align the flow cell in labeling machines for QR code, lot number, and batch record information, ensuring accurate data collection. Operate machinery to cut off excess foil. Essential Skills
Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Team player mindset. Strong communication skills. Ability to use Outlook and Microsoft Teams. Proficiency in assembly, cleanroom, production, packaging, manufacturing process, filling, laboratory, inspection, batch record, and labeling. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Comfortable leading a fill and pack line. Comfortable with basic buffer formulation. Willing to learn or comfortable with small volume (less than 1mL) aliquoting. Manufacturing experience preferred. Why Work Here?
