Finance - Accounts Payable Specialist
Accounts Payable, Los Angeles, CA, USA, 21.24-29.74 per hour, Hourly, Full Time, Benefits paid at 95% by agency Crystal Stairs, Inc., a California nonprofit corporation dedicated to child care development for working low income families, is looking for a dedicated, Accounts Payable Specialist to perform a range of tasks in the finance department. Summary
Under the direction of the Accounting Supervisor, the Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist will be responsible for processing, reconciling, tracking, and payment of all accounts payable. The AP Specialist will also assist with closing and audit activities. Responsibilities:
Responsible for processing accounts payable transactions timely, examining supporting documentation for accuracy, proper authorization, correct cost center, appropriate allocation, and issuing checks on a weekly basis Monitor and report on outstanding invoices Communicate and resolve discrepancies with vendor and internal customers Reconcile all credit card accounts and process timely payments Process benefit invoices and reconcile with payroll records Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
