Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do

Execute test cases and document results to ensure software quality and compliance with functional requirements. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand system functionality and testing needs. Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups to stay aligned with Agile development cycles. Identify, log, and track defects using standard issue tracking tools. Assist in regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new and existing features. Support the development and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test data. What You Will Need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies. Familiarity with test case design and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. What Would Be Nice To Have

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman). Understanding of child welfare systems or federal human services programs. Experience working in a government or public sector environment. What We Offer
