This role is responsible for supporting the High Point Showroom's day-to-day operations and market-related functions, ensuring the space runs efficiently and effectively. This role will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including data entry, invoicing, gathering information for quotes, managing schedules, and performing various administrative tasks. Light physical work is required in preparation for each furniture market. Strong collaboration with both internal teamssuch as merchandising, manufacturing plants, logistics, and marketingand external partners including contractors, vendors, and building personnel, is essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned): Oversee the receipt, invoicing, and organization of inventory and supplies. Prepare, maintain, and reset showroom spaces before, during, and after market events. Manage packing, shipping, and scheduling for internal and external shipments. Assist with documentation, spreadsheets, and general office coordination. Facilitate dealer check-in, front desk operations, and scheduling during market. Order and restock necessary materials and equipment for daily and event use. Obtain permits and manage access credentials related to showroom and building operations. Support company departments with tasks related to events, logistics, and inventory as needed. SCOPE & IMPACT: This position will be responsible for ensuring the High Point Showroom operates efficiently and that all deliverables are met, with the primary goal of a successful furniture market. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED with 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent. Excellent organization, follow-through, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills (both written and oral). Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel, and Teams. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to work independently. Availability during market and set up, April and October every year. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: Lifting up to 20 pounds, walking and bending are common.
