Summary: ADI is seeking an experienced Epitaxial Films Equipment Engineer to support an expansion at our factory in Beaverton, Oregon. Typical Responsibilities Include: Perform, direct, and coordinate installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance of silicon EPITAXIAL ASM E2000 RP Reactors and subsystems: Electrical systems ranging from 24 VDC to 480 VAC 3 phase Mechanical systems Pneumatics Vacuum Systems Gas panels Analyzing equipment and subsystems availability/uptime metrics and develop plans to improve. Writing and editing equipment maintenance and repair specifications. Designing, prototyping, and deploying equipment upgrades. Experience with FMEA, advanced design, design for manufacturing, material selection, root cause failure analysis and other mechanical and computational concepts. Developing Training plans for technicians for tool maintenance and career development Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Applied Physics, or related field of study. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years Semiconductor Experience with at least 4 on the ASM E2000 Reduced Pressure EPITAXY reactors maintenance, and upgrading is highly desired Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to productively engage with individuals from a range of backgrounds.
