We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about human-centered design, grounded in systems thinking, and ready to influence how AI is integrated into the way we work. You'll shape high-impact AI tools that reimagine user roles, improve processes, and accelerate adoption across the enterprise. As a Senior Product Designer on Entergy's AI team, you'll craft intuitive, scalable, and engaging digital products that blend cutting-edge AI with the needs of real users. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to turn complex problems into simple, effective solutions. This is a unique opportunity to design for both user experience and change managementensuring not just usability, but also meaningful adoption of AI-powered tools. A day in the life includes: Balancing the needs of multiple teams, including ceremonies, project meetings, and priority alignment. Participating in research sessions or stakeholder interviews to uncover pain points for our internal customer base. Collaborating with Product Managers and Business Analysts to map out current processes. Translating user insights and business requirements into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with accessibility, regulatory, and technical constraints. Syncing with your Design team to ensure product alignment as we build out frameworks and build up our departments design maturity. Contributing to our growing design system to support the internal product team. Presenting and articulating design decisions to stakeholders and the team, gathering feedback to incorporate to improve the design quality and consistency. What we need from you: 7+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field. A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions across web and mobile products. Mastery of design tools (e.g., Figma). Solid understanding of information architecture, visual design principles, and interaction design. Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams. Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Bonus: experience in accessibility, motion design, or front-end development understanding. Minimum education required of the position: Bachelor's degree required; Masters degree a plus. Authorization to work in the United States is a precondition to employment in this position.
