In this role, you will be responsible for: Leading and executing multiple high-impact cybersecurity initiatives from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and security priorities Driving the centralization of the PMO by standardizing tools, templates, and reporting structures to enhance consistency, efficiency, and governance across projects Coordinating cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to align on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder satisfaction Tracking project budgets, and financial reporting in close collaboration with finance teams Utilizing modern project tracking and collaboration tools to ensure real-time visibility, accountability, and documentation across teams Acting as the primary point of contact for high-complexity projects, driving accountability, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely resolution of issues Preparing and delivering clear, compelling stakeholder communications and executive-level presentationsstrong storytelling and PowerPoint skills are essential to effectively convey strategy, progress, and outcomes Collaborating with internal teams to define detailed project requirements, scope, priorities, and resource plans to ensure successful and timely execution NextEra Energy offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees and their eligible family members.
