Cleanroom Production Operator
Join a growing manufacturer as a Converting Operator on second shift in Manchester, CT. Contribute to the production of high-quality products in a cleanroom environment while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and ISO/CE standards. Responsibilities
Perform tasks such as washing, dyeing, die cutting, stringing, flattening, treating, drying, compressing, inspecting, foil packing, Tyvek packing, sealing, and sterilizer packing. Complete all relevant paperwork including work orders and treatment logs. Ensure the proper identification and segregation of all products involved in the job task at all times. Receive training for specific functions to become a qualified operator. Essential Skills
Experience in cleanroom, production, inspection, and converting operations. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Good level of manual dexterity. Comfortable with repetitive work. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in chemical blending and visual inspection. Comfortable wearing long pants, long shirt, smock, and hair net/beard net. Why Work Here?

Work in a climate-controlled cleanroom environment, with occasional movement to rooms that may reach upwards of 100+ degrees. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manchester, Connecticut. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.55/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
