Robot Operator
Operate the robot continuously throughout the day, monitoring for any issues or malfunctions. Detect and document bugs or technical problems as they arise. Communicate these findings to the appropriate engineering teams and follow up to confirm resolution. Upload operational data to our AI training platform to support ongoing development. Prioritize safety for both yourself and the robot during remote operation. Adhere to established protocols for equipment handling, including robot startup and shutdown procedures. Requirements: A proactive mindset and willingness to take full responsibility for the robot's daily operations and performance. Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly report issues and collaborate with technical teams. Prior experience with robotics or hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical systems. Can stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and manage the robot's hardware when needed. Openness to feedback and a drive for continuous personal and professional growth. Ability to stay focused and effective in a dynamic, fast-moving work environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
