Program Manager
Pate Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced clinician to fill the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager works in conjunction with all disciplines to provide clinical and program oversight and administrative direction for assigned treatment teams. Directly manage staffing needs to ensure appropriate staffing ratios. Be fiscally responsible by being aware of Pate's revenue and EBIDTA and manage expenses to meet monthly budgets. Communicate with patients and families regarding their treatment program and discharge planning. Provide clinical oversight and treatment modality implementation. Perform admissions and patient therapeutic interactions when needed Direct treatment staff in meeting identified goals and ensure follow through of treatment plans Ensure comprehensiveness of documentation including treatment plans, progress updates, and discharge summaries Provide onboarding and continued training to staff. Supervise, coach, and develop new team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Responsibilities
Consult and coordinate with all inter-disciplinary staff to provide needed support in areas of patient updates, treatment planning, case management, and communication with patients and family members Provide clinical oversight and treatment modality implementation Perform admissions and patient therapeutic interactions when needed Direct treatment staff in meeting identified goals and ensure follow through of treatment plans Ensure comprehensiveness of documentation including treatment plans, progress updates, and discharge summaries Provide continued training to staff as necessary Supervise, coach, and develop junior team members Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing or Therapy required Minimum 3 years' experience in associated field, preferable brain injury rehabilitation services Past leadership experience preferred Working knowledge of various funding sources and regulations as applied to brain injury rehabilitation services strongly preferred Demonstrated knowledge and competence in advanced practice clinical skills, including goals driven therapy and utilization management required About Our Line Of Business
