Training Coordinator

We are seeking an organized, motivated, and experienced Training Coordinator to join our team. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for the development, organization, and implementation of training programs aimed at improving employee skills and organizational performance. This individual will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, coordinate schedules, and ensure the delivery of effective training sessions. This role will require some flexibility to support off shifts. Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
Designing and conducting talent assessments Organizational design and effectiveness Developing talent mobility strategies Functional consulting expertise to line management and HR Planning for leadership and management succession Managing performance enablement systems Creating strategies and tools for employee career development for both current and future capabilities Conducting employee engagement research Analyzing training needs, developing programs and managing delivery Education Requirements
Typically requires a University Degree (Bachelor) or equivalent experience Typically requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience Has working knowledge and experience in own discipline, requires the application of expertise in professional area(s) to achieve results Related Work Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in training coordination, curriculum development, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and various training methodologies. Functional Skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances and incorporate feedback to improve training programs. A proactive problem solver who can think critically and creatively to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. Pay Range: $89,400 - $102,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered. Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 0 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
