Kitchen Designer / Sales Representative

Kitchen Tune-Up Round Rock TX is seeking a Kitchen Designer / Sales Representative to sell kitchen remodels. This position works with professionalism and consistency to design spaces for our remodeling and home renovation clients. Benefits

Access to a dedicated Support Center for client management assistance 50% leads or higher provided, straight in powerful CRM No prior industry experience, degree, or formal sales experience is needed. Conduct in-home consultations with follow-ups based on a proven needs-based sales process Present kitchen remodeling solutions using digital tools and materials Prepare and submit proposals using our CRM system (training provided) Guide clients through the design, selection, and sales process Collaborate with the installation team to ensure successful project outcomes Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and clients Represent our brand at home shows, networking events, and local partnerships Who You Are

No degree or previous experience required

we'll train you! Self-motivated individuals with excellent communication and presentation skills Prior in-home, large ticket size or consultative sales experience preferred (home services a plus) Organized and have computer/CRM skills Have reliable transportation and valid driver's license, potential for company vehicle in future. You will set your sales time slots with an average of 1-2 appointments per day (all leads are provided) Make qualifying calls to prospects and build rapport and understand requirements to bring samples, materials Show up on time at the home and conduct the appointment according to our sales process, Build proposal using our CRM and discuss with owners, close deals in prospect's home and collect advance deposit. Participate in occasional trade shows, check-in with customers during ongoing projects and later for future remodel jobs or call cold leads. Participate in sales training, owner ride-alongs and weekly check-ins. Who We Are
