Hunt Valley, MD ProLogistix is now hiring Machine Operators/Packers for a pharmaceutical Manufacturing warehouse located in Sparks Glencoe and Hunt Valley, MD. Temp to hire. Shift/Pay: $18.55/hr. Two shifts available: 5:45pm
6:00am. One week is Monday
Wednesday and following week is Monday to Thursday (opposite week). OT available. Pay $18.55. 10:00pm -6:30am. Monday
Friday. Pay $18.55. Machine Operator/PACKING Operator Job Duties: Performs routine set up, operation, minor routine maintenance, preventative maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting. Responsible for packaging materials in accordance with standard manufacturing procedures (SMP) and standard operating procedures (SOP) including equipment set-up, equipment clean-up and documentation of such process. Controls and adjusts machine settings. Inspects in-process parts to ensure consistent quality and removes defective product, packaging, and component material. Checks work using prescribed gauges, jigs and fixtures to measure close tolerances. May monitor quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Ensures accurate documentation of all relevant quality, safety, and maintenance documents. Automated machine processes and controls to perform routine assembly-line production functions of filling, packing, assembling, labeling and inspecting. Basic proficiency with PCs (Personal Computers) and basic use of a Windows environment is required.
