Weve got what youre looking for. Parsons is looking for talented Airborne Sensor Operators (ASO) to join our team! In this role you will get to operate as an integral part of collaborative intelligence collection team or cell, with ability to collect, analyze, transfer, process and distribute intelligence products to customers. This position will be primarily in OCONUS locations. What Youll Be Doing: ASOs will be required to execute all assigned preflight, flight, and post flight duties as required to safely and effectively operate the assigned sensor(s) and mission set. Including, mission planning, pre-mission briefings, mission system inspection and reporting, operations, troubleshooting, post-flight inspections, debriefings, intelligence product preparation and distribution, and mission documentation. ASOs are expected to be intimately familiar with all aspects of flight operations and employment of the mission equipment to conduct ISR mission requirements. Ideal candidates will be able to provide instruction to junior ASOs at a level that enables ASOs to perform unassisted flight operations IAW contractual requirements and constraints. Deployed Work Schedule: Approximately 60 days out and 60 days home. Equal rotation schedule, longer rotations could be available (including austere environments) Scheduled Weekly Hours: Approximately 84 hours weekly CONUS work will/may include training, medical requirement completion (if applicable), and potentially CRC (Conus Replacement Center) requirements (if applicable) What Required Skills Youll Bring: Bachelors degree and five (5+) years of experience. Nine (9+) years of Military or Contract experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of four (4) years of experience or 800 flight hours as an aircrew member on a multi-place military or government ISR contract aircraft Must be a US Citizen Must have an active TS/SCI or a Top Secret with SCI eligible clearance, an inclusion of a CI poly (strongly desired) Experience and intimate understanding of Joint Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) Experience leveraging aircraft communications for internal and external communications Possess a valid FAA Class II or III Medical Certificate Possess a United States Passport that is valid for a minimum of 12 months (Primary and Secondary Passport holders desired) Current and valid physiological and barometric/altitude chamber training and/or proof of completion certificate for platform Possess and display excellent Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills and be able to apply Operation Risk Management (ORM) principles Be willing and able to deploy for extended amounts of time to various OCONUS locations, as directed by the Prime Contractor/USG Customer Must show demonstrable interpretation and analysis experience using SIGINT, COMINT and ELINT sensors and be able to produce real-time and post mission products Must be able to travel to various CONUS locations for training Be willing to work extended hours with minimal notice Be able to proficiently operate assigned sensors while airborne for extended periods. Be willing and able to work and execute airborne missions in Hardship and Hazardous locations Applicants must be fully deployable according to AFRICOM, EUCOM, Indo-PACOM and CENTCOMs Theater Entry Requirements What Desired Skills Youll Bring: Currently holds a CI Poly or the ability to pass a CI Polygraph Military/Contractor aviation experience desired COMINT/SIGINT TTP experience desired Previous Aircrew experience in: EP-3C, P-3C, RJ-135, EC-130, DHC-8, KingAir- Series Aircraft or DoD contracted aircraft Previous ISR and or instructor/evaluator experience in a combat environment is desired Mode 1, 3, 5 Training and Certification Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret security clearance is required for this position.
