We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support the Miami facility's office operations. This role is essential in facilitating smooth communication, efficient administrative workflows, and reliable support across departments. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the central point of contact: manage phone calls, emails, filing, greet visitors, and route inquiries appropriately. Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Skills (Optional)
