As a key member of the Corporate Accounting team you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. The Royalties and Commissions Payable Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the payment of royalties and commissions. This role is responsible for ensuring these payments are made accurately and on time along with managing the financial and administrative aspects of the royalty and commissions payable process. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing the payment of royalties to licensors or copyright holders Ability to read and interpret contracts and commission plans to extract pertinent information for calculations and payouts Developing and implementing processes and procedures for managing royalty and commission payments Maintaining accurate royalty and commission payment records and databases Analyzing and reconciling royalty and commission statements and payments Resolving any issues or discrepancies related to royalty and commission payments. Communicating with licensors and copyright holders regarding royalty and commission payments Liaising with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Preparing financial reports related to royalty and commission payments. Providing support for audits and reviews related to royalty and commission payments. Managing a team of royalty and commissions payable specialists. Collaborate with the sales, finance, and the sales operations teams to resolve all discrepancies Process Improvement. Continuously assess and enhance commission processes and tools to drive efficiency and accuracy. Interpret and enforce commission policies, ensure compliance and internal controls, legal requirements and audit standards. Minimum basic qualifications include: A strong understanding of royalty and commission payment processes and procedures, as well as experience in financial management and analysis. Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A degree in finance or accounting required for this role, along with relevant experience in royalty and commission management or a related field.
