Assistant Executive
This position provides high-level administrative support primarily to the Treasury department, but may also provide support for other finance teams, as available. Support includes, but is not limited to, managing and coordinating complex and time-sensitive travel arrangements; maintaining and protecting highly confidential information, and being a point of contact for external parties and executives throughout the company. Provide daily administrative support to the Treasury department Manage and coordinate complex and time-sensitive travel arrangements (domestic and international travel), including itineraries and logistics, for senior executives Schedule meetings with the bank and insurance communities Prepare, reconcile, and track expense reporting and reimbursement Assist with Treasury activities and events such as weekly metrics calls, weekly manager calls, quarterly lead team meetings, volunteer events, and all hands meetings Assist in ad-hoc reports as needed Interact with other assistants for meetings and calendar management Maintain SharePoint site for Treasury Provide general support for the floor Treasury works on, coordinating with other assistants Ability to effectively manage multiple high priority and high profile tasks while ensuring deadlines are met Highly organized, can juggle many tasks at once, not easily overwhelmed Highly flexible and proactive with a strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills Communicate effectively with existing and prospective investors Ability to listen and communicate effectively both written and oral Ability to build successful working relationships both internally and externally Strong calendar management skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Minimum education required of the position: Typically requires vocational training, apprenticeships, or the equivalent experience in a related field (not typically required to have a four-year degree). Minimum experience required of the position: 8+ years of professional experience.
