The Customer Service Supervisor ensures the efficient operation of the front end of the store. The Customer Service Supervisor leads a sales team that is passionate about selling merchandise and ensuring a good customer experience. Primary Responsibilities include: Greeting and acknowledging every customer with Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to build long term customer loyalty. Resolving customer service issues including answering questions, assisting to complete transactions, and communicating customer requests to Team Leaders when necessary. Ensuring that all product at the front end is merchandised per the visual merchandise standards. Ensuring that the front-end, entrance, and exterior of the building are maintained properly. Ensuring that front end operations, store standards, and company programs meet all operational expectations. Assisting with developing, evaluating, and supervising front end Associates. Completing any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned. Qualifications include: Minimum of one to two years' retail experience in a mid-size to large retail service-oriented business preferred. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis. Must have a positive attitude and the ability to interact well with others. Physical Requirements include: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
