Pay Rate: $16 - $18/hr. (Based on experience) Schedule: Day Shift begins at 6:00am - 3:30pm (8-hour day), 4:30pm (9-hour day), or 5:30pm (10-hour day)
As an Assembler, you'll play an essential role in our production process. You'll be responsible for a range of tasks to ensure products meet quality and safety standards, working with minimal supervision to operate equipment, read blueprints, and fabricate components.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate manual and computer-controlled machinery Set up production equipment according to safety and quality guidelines Read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and diagrams Fabricate specialty/custom parts and components Load, unload, and move materials using lifting equipment (when available) Inspect finished products for accuracy and compliance Maintain accurate records and complete electronic documentation (barcoding, scanning, checklists, etc.) Perform pre-shift preventative maintenance Uphold 5S and housekeeping standards in the department Requirements: Experience with assembly and hand tools.
