The Dairy Governance & Reporting Manager will lead the coordination, analysis, and communication of data and insights related to dairy audits, compliance programs, and sustainability initiatives. This role is responsible for managing audit schedules, compiling and analyzing farm-level data, maintaining governance dashboards, and delivering clear, actionable reports to internal and external stakeholders. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring transparency, driving continuous improvement, and supporting compliance across the dairy supply chain. Responsibilities: Schedule, track, and manage third-party and internal farm audits. Serve as the primary point of contact for audit partners and farm teams. Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of audit findings. Collect and verify data from audits, assessments, and compliance tools. Maintain and update governance dashboards to provide visibility into performance. Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Develop clear, timely reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, sustainability, and communications teams to align messaging and insights. Assist in refining and evolving audit frameworks and compliance protocols. Ensure alignment with company values, industry standards, and customer expectations. Help develop tools, resources, and training to support farm compliance and program consistency. Skills/qualifications required: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science or a related field. 3+ years of experience in agricultural compliance, quality assurance, sustainability, or supply chain. Strong data management and analytical skills (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar tools). Excellent organizational and project management capabilities. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with dairy operations and audit systems (e.g., FARM program, third-party standards) is strongly preferred.
