As a K-12 Paraprofessional in Milton, NH, your days will include providing direct student care such as: Provide one-on-one or small-group instructional support. Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed. Assist students with personal care or mobility if needed. Support classroom management and reinforce teacher instructions. Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and behavior. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; some districts require an Associates degree or passing of a Paraprofessional exam. Experience with students with disabilities preferred. Ability to follow IEPs and behavior plan Job Details Position: Contract (option to renew) in a school setting Hours: Full-time (Monday - Friday) Caseload: Middle, and High School options Benefits: Day One Coverage: YEAR-ROUND Benefits Available, including Medical, Dental, and vision!
