Location: Hudson, WI Industry: Blown Film Manufacturing Type: Contract-to-Hire Shifts: 12-Hour Rotating (Includes Weekends) About the Role
Step into a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your work powers industries like Agriculture, Medical, and Manufacturing. As a General Production Worker, you'll be hands-on with our blown film linescreating essential plastic wraps that keep the world moving. What You'll Be Doing
Operate and load plastic film rolls (various sizes) Use shaft hoists for core loading, taping, and tagging Package rolls to meet customer specs and quality standards Replace trims and switch out product barrels Perform quality checks and identify defects Maintain scrap conveyor and manage excess material Label, box, and load 50-lb rolls Change machine cutting knives Assist with line changeovers and setups Keep your area clean and OSHA-compliant Collaborate with your team to keep production running smoothly What You Bring
1+ year of industrial or general labor experience preferred Experience with plastics extrusion, blown film, or injection molding is a plus Comfortable using hand tools and operating machinery Basic math, reading, and writing skills Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for 812 hours Willing to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends Why You'll Love Working Here

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
