The GTM Digital Launch Excellence Lead within Takeda is a pivotal role in driving alignment, readiness, and standardization of Global Digital Data & Technology (GDD&T) launch capabilities. By anchoring digital strategies, capabilities, and delivery to Takeda's launch standards, the role empowers global and local teams to achieve seamless, high-quality, and on-time product launches. This role will require deep expertise in digital product/platform capability offerings in a Pharmaceutical Commercial space, project coordination, and new medicine launch readiness. Acting as the primary liaison for launch strategies between GDD&T teams and business units (BUs), you will ensure cross-functional alignment and integration while fostering proactive collaboration to drive timely milestone delivery and sustain launch excellence. Success in this position demands a blend of strong organizational leadership and stakeholder management. You will work across multiple functionspartnering with product/platform owners, BUs, and local teamsto track performance, improve readiness, and align program milestones. With close collaboration and effective communication, this role will be instrumental in shaping how Takeda achieves global digital launch success for transformative treatments worldwide. The primary focus will be to: Develop and maintain Takeda's Global Digital Data & Technology (GDDT) Launch Playbook aligned with U.S. and ROW Launch Frameworks to ensure readiness and standardization. Serve as the primary GDD&T Launch liaison to BUs, ensuring alignment and integration of launch strategies within GDD&T teams and leaders accountable for launch activity delivery. Establish a holistic and product-agnostic set of key deliverables for GDD&T teams to enable seamless product launches. Drive proactive coordination of digital program milestones across the GDD&T organization, ensuring timely alignment with launch plans. Elevate broader internal and external awareness of GDD&T capabilities and how they are enabling digital transformation across Takeda and for Takeda's customers (patients, HCPs, donors). This role requires onsite/hybrid presence and cannot be performed as remote only role. For Location: Cambridge, MA U.S. Base Salary Range: $153,600.00 - $241,340.00 The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentive s.
