As a Principal Engineer, you will have a significant impact on our team's success and the overall company strategy by driving best practices in infrastructure and automation. Lead the migration of applications and databases from AWS to Azure. Architect and implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform. Drive containerization of applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Develop automation scripts in Python and Bash. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions. Build tooling for compliance validation and inventory tracking. Provide Linux system administration and performance tuning. Collaborate with development, security, and IT teams. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and processes. Mentor team members and contribute to design discussions and code reviews. Extensive experience with AWS and Azure services. Proficiency in Terraform for scalable IaC solutions. Strong skills in Python and Bash scripting. Expertise in Linux system administration and optimization. Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions. Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Excellent documentation skills. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms. The annual salary range for this position is $121,000.00-$242,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: stock. Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 5 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company. Option 2: 7 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company. Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Security+, GISF, CISSP, CCSP, or GSEC, Master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity or related area and 3 years' experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects. We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
