Financial analysis, financial modeling, forecasting and budget development Review monthly financial statements, labor detail and communicate key drivers to Operations/Executives Summarize trend and actual to budget variances and prepare/execute improvement plans Aide in preparation of monthly forecast Develop and/or modify financial models with changing business needs Collaborate effectively with field operations and across functional departments to provide high-level analysis and drive overall program success Assist with detailed annual budget process Conduct ad hoc reporting/special projects Training of operational personnel on aspects of systems, accounting and finance Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Accounting or Data Science preferred Understanding of Financial Statements and core accounting concepts (e.g. accruals) Minimum of two to three years of financial analysis or relevant experience Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel and Powerpoint); experience with Oracle ERP, Power BI and Workday/Adaptive FP&A software a plus Strong analytical and communication skills High organization and ability to learn/adapt to new information Minimal travel required
