Cost Accounting Expertise: Apply cost accounting principles in a manufacturing setting to support operational and strategic decisions. Compliance & Controls: Uphold robust internal controls and ensure financial practices align with regulatory standards and efficiency goals. Strategic Financial Guidance: Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights that drive informed decision-making. Skills & Qualifications: Demonstrated success in leading financial operations, preferably within manufacturing. Deep understanding of financial reporting and cost accounting methodologies. Bachelor's degree. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow accounting professionals.
