Parking Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor

The Parking Lot Attendant helps ensure a smooth, safe, and organized parking experience for guests. This role includes directing traffic, assisting customers, monitoring the lot, and keeping the area clean and secure. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. To deliver great customer service while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient parking environment. This includes helping guests, enforcing parking policies, and supporting overall lot operations. Key responsibilities include ticketing and payments, reporting and documentation, administrative support, security and compliance, lot maintenance, customer service, teamwork and communication, professionalism and attendance, and additional duties. Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience: Customer service experience is preferred. A positive, helpful attitude is a must. Licenses and background requirements include a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, a clean motor vehicle record, and a clean background check. Physical demands and work environment include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs. for long periods, working in both indoor and outdoor environments, maintaining a clean, professional appearance, and schedule flexibility. Customer service and communication skills include strong communication skills, handling guest interactions with care, patience, and attention to detail, and being team-oriented and able to collaborate. Technology use includes using a personal cell phone for work-related communications or to access mobile apps, with reimbursement following company policy. All non-exempt positions will receive overtime pay (when applicable). Employment with PMC is at-will. This is a non-exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and as such, employees in this role are entitled to receive overtime pay for all hours worked over 40 in a workweek at the rate of one and one-half times the regular hourly rate. PMC complies with all applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage and overtime laws, and compensation will be provided in accordance with these standards. Hourly rates will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage in your work location.
