Here are some of the perks and rewards: Competitive compensation package Annual bonus program tied to company and individual performance No premium cost medical plan option available Paid training programs Career growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement Safety-focused culture What you will do: Process freight invoices and credits from vendors (mail, email, or vendor portal) Review cost transactions timely, identify chargeability to customers and post to customer contract, as applicable Process freight purchase order and submit transaction to AP for payment processing Ensure proper approvals for non-rechargeable transactions and credits Reconciliation freight transactions upon delivery / final pricing or requests Verify freight charge, process Change Order, resolve freight discrepancies and disputes We're experts, which means you'll have the following skills and experience: High school diploma/GED or equivalent years of work experience 1-2 years of relevant work experience Advanced PC literacy in a Microsoft environment or ERP system Pay close attention to detail, prioritize and respond with sense of urgency Find out more and apply now.
