We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team at a prestigious manufacturing plant. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors. Responsibilities

Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans. Dust and damp mop floors in accordance with established guidelines. Move equipment and furniture to facilitate proper cleaning, then return them to their original positions. Clean assigned areas using provided materials and equipment. Essential Skills

Minimum of 6 months of recent janitorial experience. Proficiency in basic cleaning tasks including bathrooms, manufacturing floors, and common areas. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Initially, you will be working under contract for 6 weeks, after which you will join the union. Union membership provides health benefits and opportunities for pay increases based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Work Environment

You will be working onsite at a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Fremont. The work is organized into three shifts: Day Shift (6:00am2:30pm), Swing Shift (2:00pm10:30pm), and Grave Shift (10:00pm6:30am). The team is structured with a combination of experienced and learning-level employees across various shifts to ensure comprehensive coverage and support. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, California. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
