As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency and critical care departments while welcoming and assisting our guests. Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

Preparing for appointments by reviewing medical records, retrieving client files, and getting all necessary forms ready ahead of time Accurately completing and reviewing forms to ensure compliance with Ethos standards and legal requirements Entering client and patient information into our system with precisionkeeping everything up to date and matching charges with estimates and treatment plans Admitting and discharging pets with care, and making sure follow-up visits are scheduled seamlessly Collecting payments and walking clients through their payment options, including flexible financing solutions Handling pet insurance claims from start to finish, taking the stress off our clients' plates Keeping our public areas tidy and welcoming, including the front desk, waiting areas, restrooms, and bereavement rooms Compensation:

$20 - $25 pending experience & skillset Schedule Options:

We have several schedule options to fit your lifestyle! 1pm11pm, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10am7pm, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 4pm12am, Monday to Friday (no weekends!) What You Can Expect:
