Full Time Clinical Team Leader
Mount Carmel Guild Behavioral Health System, a CARF accredited division of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark, is a leading provider of mental health and addiction services in Northern New Jersey. We are currently seeking a Full Time Clinical Team Leader for our ICMS - Union program located in Cranford, NJ. (Schedule: M-F 8:30AM-5PM) The Integrated Case Management Services program (ICMS) provides "in vivo" case management services to adults with a severe and persistent mental illness with co-occurring substance abuse. Services are designed to engage, support, and link clients to traditional and non-traditional recovery oriented supports and services. The goal is to maximize clients' independence by providing personalized, flexible, and collaborative services in the clients' natural environments. Job Duties
Coordinates services within the team they facilitate Maintain accountability for the professional standards within team and to ensure appropriate compliance with policies and procedures of agency To deliver services within the scope of the service area and charged with clinically supervising team members and team process Responsible for collecting and reporting statistical data and review of units of service for billing to team's service delivery. This includes other essential duties as needed. Works collaboratively with intake coordinator. Performs as acting Program Manager when PM is away from the program. Will be a part of the on-call rotating schedule. Responsible for training of staff members and will conduct trainings for all staff per agency standards. Will partake in corrective action of staff members as needed. Ability to delegate tasks, work collaboratively with program manager, complete tasks in a timely manner, take on cases and cover team case loads as needed. Requirements
Master's degree in healthcare discipline 1-2 years of experience in health care or the psychiatric field Valid driver's license Supervisory experience preferred. Benefits
