As a Bellstand Attendant at MVW, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. Open doors and assist Owners/guests/visitors entering and leaving the property. Inform guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Transport guest luggage to and from the villa/guest room and/or designated bell area. Assist with luggage storage and retrieval. Assist Owners/guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting with loading/unloading luggage up to 50lbs. Assist with amenity deliveries when requested. Guest Experience and Company Standards Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures. To Become a Bellstand Attendant at MVW: Valid driver's license may be required with at least one year of clean driving history. Operate company vehicles following our company policies and standards (including but not limited to golf carts). Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days. Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 50 lbs without assistance. Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
