Electromechanical Assembler
We are looking for a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to join our team for the first shift, working Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM with occasional overtime as needed, including weekends paying $21-$23. This role requires hands-on experience in wire harness assembly and strong soldering skills for relays, wires, and cables. We seek candidates who are fully trained and can contribute immediately to our production needs. Responsibilities
Perform soldering, wiring, and crimping tasks with precision. Read, interpret, and execute instructions and diagrams for the assembly of equipment and products. Construct and test wire harness connections efficiently. Utilize various hand tools and fixtures for assembly tasks. Conduct quality spot checks on products to ensure adherence to standards. Report any product inconsistencies or equipment malfunctions promptly. Rework or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specifications. Essential Skills
Minimum 3 years of electromechanical assembly experience. Proficient in soldering, preferably with experience in J-STD-001 standards. Skilled in crimping and stripping 22-24 AWG wires. Ability to insert contacts and handle electronic assemblies. Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards. Able to read and interpret electrical schematics or assembly drawings. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience using crimping tools, soldering irons, and testing equipment. Previous IPC certifications are ideal. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
