Join our innovative, world-class team today! We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Business Analyst to join our PGD Business Services team. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for acting as the project lead for the P&L Management workstream under the PGD Data Integration Project, which looks to implement a driver-based solution that will automate several business processes (Forecasting, Long-Term Budgeting etc.). In addition, the candidate will lead coordinating strategic initiative budgeting, tracking performance of strategic initiatives, financial valuation of special projects, leading Velocity, and owning key executive reporting deliverables. Job Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate budgeting of strategic initiatives for Wind, Solar, and Storage. Collaborate with various departments to gather operational inputs relevant to the projections. Develop and implement performance tracking metrics for strategic initiatives. Monitor progress and performance against established goals. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on initiative performance. Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and valuation of special projects. Lead annual Velocity process and report on progress of idea implementation. Coordinate preparation of strategic initiatives reporting for key executive decks such as MOPR, Total Cost, PCY, and other special requests.
