This role will be on site in a hybrid capacity, 2 days, in Iselin, NJ.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Develop and Deliver Strategy:

Create, implement, and continuously enhance the enterprise security architecture strategy to ensure alignment with business goals, risk appetite, and regulatory obligations. Define and Enforce Standards:

Establish, maintain, and ensure consistent application of security architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices across cloud, infrastructure, and application environments. Drive Security Integration:

Champion and embed security by design into all technology solutions and projects by collaborating closely with senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Lead and Manage Team:

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of security architects, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the team has the skills and resources to deliver secure solutions. Assess and Improve Practices:

Run regular capability assessments, monitor emerging threats and technologies, and drive continuous improvement of security architecture to mitigate risk and maintain compliance. The Successful Applicant

Security Strategy:

Pragmatic and modern security strategy formulation including Enterprise fit analysis and delivery of desired business outcomes. Enterprise Security Architecture:

Detailed understanding of Enterprise Security Architecture including experience within industry frameworks including SABSA, TOGAF. Security Domain Knowledge:

Deep and technical experience across multiple security domains including Cloud Security, Information Protection, Endpoint Security, Network Security, Operational Security & GRC. Security Artefact Authoring:

Significant experience in writing and oversighting security domain strategy, roadmaps, standards, and patterns including interlock management and linear business traceability. Security Architecture & Design:

Excellent security threat analysis experience including threat models, TTP's, control mappings and attack path defense. Enterprise Risk Management:

Detailed understanding of Enterprise Risk working with three lines of defense and Security Control frameworks including RCSA, NIST, ISO and CSA

What's on Offer

Compensation for this role is competitive and depends on experience, with a base salary up to $220,000 and a discretionary target bonus, bringing the potential total annual compensation to around $300,000 for highly qualified candidates.
