We are seeking a Glaucoma Fellowship-Trained Ophthalmologist (MD/DO) to join our growing team in McAllen, TX . This is a full-time, employed position with a built-in glaucoma patient base and high surgical volume ready for immediate transition. With established internal referrals, ASC access, and full support staff, the incoming physician can focus on advanced glaucoma care and surgery in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
You ll be joining a collegial group that includes:
7 board-certified ophthalmologists (including 2 retina subspecialists)
5 experienced optometrists
Fully staffed clinics with modern diagnostics, techs, and scribes
High internal referrals from ODs and MDs across 7 clinic sites
Established Glaucoma Surgical Volume from Day One
Access to a State-of-the-Art ASC with dedicated OR block time
Full clinical autonomy with outstanding operations and tech support
Collaborative multispecialty team with built-in glaucoma referrals
