Practice Setting
- Outpatient clinic serving patients age 2+
- Average 20 patients per day
- Mix of acute visits, chronic care, and annual exams
- General primary care procedures only
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8a-5p
- 40 hours per week with midday lunch break
- No call, no weekends
- 1-year assignment available, or pick up weeks PRN
Cases and Procedures
- Common conditions: diabetes, hypertension, physicals, sprains, minor injuries
- Procedures limited to standard outpatient care
Requirements
- MD or DO in Family or Internal Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years)
- Active Connecticut license required
Travel Accommodations
- Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage all covered
