Position Details Oncology/Hematology Locum Tenens:Location: Southern CaliforniaDuration: June December (potential for extension)Schedule: Full-timeShift: Monday-Friday 8a-5p in clinic, 1 weekend/mo call, option for weeknight callCall: 1:4 weekends, first call handled by an APP on weekends. Optional weeknight call.Patient volume: 10-12 patients per day in clinic. 3-4 hospital visits per week.Scope: Bread & Butter Hematology/Oncology, primarily outpatient but some inpatientEMR: EPICHospital: 500 beds, Level 1 Trauma center, 55 ED Beds, 85k annual visitsGroup/support: APP takes first call over the weekend, 2 other Oncologists in the practiceRequirements: Active California license, California DEA
