Hematology Oncology Locums Job in Michigan Full Time Coverage Ongoing Beginning in October Assignment # 110222

Coverage Needed: Full time beginning 10/1/2025 plus some on call coverage ongoing

Shift Description: Monday - Friday (8am 5pm) - with shared call pool, APP support (5pm 7am)

Requirements:
Board Certified
Active Michigan license - strongly preferred (willing to review candidates that needs to obtain license)
BLS certification
Required procedure: FNA/Biopsy
Required duties: participation on a tumor board, orders tests, orders images, prescribes

Assignment Details:
Practice setting: inpatient consult service, outpatient clinic, and infusion center
Patient population: adult and geriatric
Goal for this position is to be nearly all hematology
Number of physicians in practice: 6
Radiation oncologists present during coverage
APPs providing coverage: 5 inpatient and 6 outpatient
Average number of patients per day: hospital (10-15); outpatient (15)
Credentialing: 90-120 days
