Dignity Health Medical Group Merced is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Endocrinologist to join our growing multispecialty group in Merced, California . This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide outpatient and inpatient care while also playing a pivotal role in designing and developing a new solo endocrinology practice, supported by a robust referral network and a highly collaborative clinical team.
Opportunity Highlights
- Design and Lead a New Endocrinology Practice Spearhead the development of a solo endocrinology service line, tailoring it to meet the unique needs of the community and establishing a lasting impact on patient care.
- Outpatient and Inpatient Care Manage a wide variety of endocrine conditions, including diabetes (Type 1, Type 2, and gestational), thyroid diseases, adrenal and pituitary disorders, osteoporosis, and metabolic diseases.
Diagnostic Expertise Perform diagnostic procedures such as thyroid ultrasounds, biopsies, and interpret imaging studies to assess and diagnose endocrine disorders. - Collaborative Multidisciplinary Team Work closely with other specialties, including family medicine, internal medicine, cardiology, and nephrology, to manage complex, co-morbid patient cases and provide holistic care.
- Patient Education and Lifestyle Management Educate patients on managing chronic endocrine conditions, focusing on lifestyle modifications and the importance of medication adherence.

What We Offer
- Competitive salary, sign-on, and relocation assistance
- Salary Range : $300-330k annually + productivity incentives
- Sign-On Bonus : Up to $40k

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Endocrinology (ABMS or AOA)
- California Medical License (or ability to obtain) and DEA Certification
