Family Nurse Practitioner Opening in Coos County, Oregon (Permanent)

Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a rural primary care and walk-in clinic in Myrtle Point, with full access to specialty services at a larger clinic just 30 minutes away.
Independently manage a patient panel, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, care coordination, prescribing, and referrals.
Support from an excellent onsite team, with laboratory and procedure room available.
Full-time, 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling in a welcoming community setting.
Electronic Health Record: EPIC.
NHSC Certified site with a HPSA Score of 16.
