    • Seeking a board-certified physician, family nurse practitioner, or physician assistant
    • Reason for need: growth
    • Group owns 11 locations in the surrounding Boston area - they are looking to hire multiple providers over the next few months
    • They are seeking providers who focus on clinical quality and have an evidence-based approach to medicine
    • Candidate must have excellent communication skills and be a team player
    • The Clinical Leadership Team trains all providers; additionally, they work side-by-side with the providers and are in the clinics every day
    • Candidate would float between several sites within a regional "pod"
    • Depending on the site, they offer single or double provider coverage
    • Clinic hours are 8a-8p
    • Shifts are 6/10/12 hours in length
    • Must be comfortable seeing 45-50 patients per day
    • While they prefer full-time candidates, they are open to part-time
    • Full-timers work 36-42 hours a week, including every other weekend
    • Must see ages 1 year and older
    • Candidate must have experience with:
      • Laceration repair
      • Incision and drainage of abscess
      • Foreign body removal
      • EKG interpretation
      • Interpretation of chest and extremity x-rays
    • Client is open to new grads as long as they have had hands-on experience with the skills listed above
    • Provider will perform initial wet reads on x-rays with subsequent Radiologist over read
    • Group provides DOT certification for all of their providers
    • Must be licensed in Massachusetts
    • Must have ACLS and PALS (or willing to obtain) prior to start of employment
    • EMR: Experity
