About the Position:
A well-established dental practice located in Longview, Washington is seeking a skilled and motivated General Dentist to join a dynamic team committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive, collaborative environment. The practice is currently led by a single doctor and is now expanding to accommodate a growing patient base. You'll be supported by a tenured clinical team and have the benefit of working with modern equipment , including a Pano X-Ray, 3D Scanner, and Solea Laser , to deliver efficient and precise care.

Located near Lake Sacajawea and Willow Grove Park , offering beautiful natural surroundings and a strong sense of community
Average of 30 new patients per month , with 35 patient visits per day
Collaborative team of 11, including hygienists and assistants

What You ll Need:
DDS/DMD degree and active, unrestricted license in the state of Washington
Strong clinical competency in comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment
Passion for continued learning and development of advanced clinical skills
Ability to obtain credentialing with major dental insurance plans
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of clinical experience
Certification in Invisalign
Experience in endodontics, oral surgery, surgical extractions, and implantology
