Identify opportunities for feedback on learning and development needs; design and execute plans to collect and analyze data. Lead decision-making related to program design, content, vendor selection, logistics, and delivery. Collaborate with the Head of Nuveen Leadership and Development programs to address L&D needs. Work with TIAA Learning and HR teams to develop and deliver effective solutions. Ensure programming has metrics for effectiveness evaluation; analyze data to improve programming. Explore new L&D programs and technological resources to support strategic objectives. Drive a comprehensive communication strategy for training and development programs. Build relationships with third-party resources and vendors for innovative learning models. Required Experience
5+ years of experience developing and deploying learning and development programs. 5+ years of experience in facilitation, adult learning theories, and learning consulting. Experience identifying and measuring program ROI and communicating to stakeholders. Qualifications
University degree preferred. Previous experience with L&D tech stacks and leveraging LMS and LXPs preferred. Experience in a global asset management or financial services environment preferred.
