junior associate

with an interest in working across our practice areas, which include gaming and regulatory compliance work, federal agency defense, data privacy, advertising, and white collar. Candidates must have 2 years of law firm experience (JD 2023 or earlier) or be a 2025 outgoing federal judicial clerk. We work with clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to emerging tech and fintech firms. 1,800 hours total (1,600 billable, 200 pro bono or business development) to support and encourage work life balance. Hands-On Learning:

Work directly with senior attorneys from day one—draft briefs, take depositions, and prepare for trial. You won’t be boxed into doc review. Hybrid Work Arrangement:

Our attorneys are required to be in-office only 2 days per week. When we are in the office, we use it as a valuable opportunity for our strong team to collaborate and learn from each other. Diverse Practice Areas:

Get exposure to white-collar litigation, regulatory compliance, data privacy, and more. Pro Bono Focus:

Who We’re Looking For A driven, confident, and fast-learning attorney with 2-3 years of law firm experience, eager to dive into litigation and regulatory work. Additionally, current (2025) federal judicial clerks are encouraged to apply. Strong litigation fundamentals are essential— we’ll teach you the rest. Experience in the mentioned practice areas is desirable, but not required. Federal clerkship is a plus. JD from an ABA Accredited law school, and State bar license required.
