Make sure to apply with all the requested information, as laid out in the job overview below. 460 W 10th Ave, Columbus, OH 43210 Facility: Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Unit: 17 East/West, Medical Oncology & Benign Hematology (17 James) Start Date: 08/25/2025 Duration: 13 weeks Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Medical Surgical Oncology Patient Population: Adults, Geriatrics Common Diagnoses: Breast, lung, prostate, colon, pancreatic, esophageal cancers; antineoplastic chemotherapy encounters Charting: Epic Unit Details: 36 beds, goal ratios 1:4 (may go to 1:5), interdisciplinary support, oncology and med-surg cases Schedule: Days/Nights rotating or straight nights (3x12s) Scheduling: Self-scheduling, no block scheduling PTO: 1 pre-approved time off request allowed Float: Yes – to other Med-Surg Oncology units Orientation: 72 hours (first week Mon–Fri days, second week on-unit 36 hours with preceptor) Requirements: Certs: BLS required, ONS Chemo preferred Experience: 2+ years required, Oncology experience preferred License: Compact or OH license in hand Travelers accepted: Yes Locals accepted: Yes (same rate) References: 2 (1 must be leadership) Pay Package Summary: Hourly Total: $65.03/hr
Taxable: $24.00/hr Non-Taxable Stipends: $41.03/hr
