POSITION SUMMARY: The Site Development Senior Manager plays a critical role in overseeing site development projects from early due diligence through entitlements and project closeout. As an integral member of the Development team, this role partners closely with internal and external Real Estate, Architecture, and Engineering teams to drive project timelines, manage consultant deliverables, and ensure smooth execution of all development activities. The Site Development Senior Manager is responsible for managing the overall process, leveraging tools like Procore, and ensuring all required approvals and documentation are in place for successful project outcomes. Our greatness is rooted in Quality, Service, Attitude and Cleanliness Manage all aspects of the entitlement process for approved sites Coordinate and oversee the work of external consultants including architects, civil engineers, and permit expeditors Track and manage permitting, licensing, and submission schedules Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, reporting, and process workflows Energy: We move with urgency and passion, while maintaining attention to detail Set and manage development schedules across multiple projects Ensure utility coordination and site readiness for project execution Monitor all local licensing requirements and ensure timely compliance Proactively resolve issues and remove roadblocks to keep projects on track Fun: We entertain our guests, we connect authentically, and we make each other smile Celebrate milestones across the project lifecycle Foster a positive, collaborative environment with internal and external teams ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS This position reports to the VP of Construction and works closely with external partners and internal teams involved in the development process including Real Estate, Legal, New Restaurant Openings (NRO), Operations & Facilities. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Educational Level/Certifications Bachelors degree in civil engineering or similar field or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum Work Experience, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities 5+ years of experience in multi-site development or civil engineering, preferably in the restaurant industry Licensed PE in Civil Engineering is a plus Multi-unit experience (e.g. retail, hospitality, restaurant) preferred Strong understanding of permitting, entitlements, and development processes Familiarity with Procore, or demonstrated ability to learn new software tools Working understanding of construction management processes Working knowledge of construction terminology, materials, blueprints, and techniques Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail Thrives in an everchanging, fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to shifting priorities Travel Requirement Occasional travel may be required up to 10% Hot dog! The pay range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000.00 per year. Your actual compensation will depend on experience, location, and/or additional skills you bring to the table. This position is also served with: Participation in a discretionary bonus program based on company and individual performance, among other ingredients
