Customer Success Manager

to join our team. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences by building consultative relationships with your assigned clients to foster growth and retention. Collaborating closely with our Sales team, you will help customers meet their business objectives while identifying opportunities to expand FourKites' footprint. As the primary point of contact for your customers, you will become their go-to expert on all things FourKites, providing training on our platform, setting actionable goals for supply chain optimization, and ensuring high adoption and satisfaction. Responsibilities: Own the overall relationship with assigned customers, including increasing adoption, driving usage, and ensuring retention and satisfaction. Establish trusted, strategic advisor relationships with customers to demonstrate ongoing value of our products and services. Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy. Work with customers to establish key goals and KPIs, assisting them in achieving these objectives. Facilitate quarterly Executive Business Reviews to discuss goals, progress, and opportunities. Identify white-space and develop upsell opportunities. Advocate for customer needs and issues across departments. Manage account escalations effectively. Internally advocate for customer priorities and connect on strategic initiatives. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with enterprise customers in Customer Success or Account Management roles within a SaaS environment. Supply Chain industry experience is preferred. Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing, dynamic environment undergoing rapid change. Strong drive for efficiency, problem-solving, and timely, quality-focused work execution. About the team: Our innovative Customer Success Managers are vital to our Operations team.
