About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned
Senior Project Manager
to lead complex building automation projects within hyperscale and colocation data centers. This remote role offers the opportunity to manage high-value programs that integrate cutting-edge BAS, PLC, and SCADA systems, ensuring seamless delivery from design through commissioning. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to drive project success, balancing technical precision with strategic oversight. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project execution for building automation systems in data center environments. Manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk across multiple concurrent projects. Coordinate with internal engineering teams, contractors, OEMs, and client stakeholders. Oversee system integration including BAS, EPMS, DCIM, and HVAC controls. Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., Uptime Institute Tier III/IV, NFPA 70E). Conduct site visits for project kickoff, installation oversight, and commissioning support. Utilize project management tools such as Procore, BIM 360, and MS Project. Provide executive-level reporting and client-facing communication.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in building automation or controls within mission-critical environments. Proven track record managing large-scale data center projects. Strong knowledge of BAS, PLC, SCADA platforms (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Niagara 4). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
