Job Title:Project DirectorDepartment:Health Sciences | Government Resource Center The Manager 2, Project Management will direct, lead, promote, and administer quality improvement (QI) projects as a Principal Investigator (PI), Co-PI, or subject matter expert research initiatives for the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC). The Project Director will design, implement, and lead the QI, research, and administrative efforts of project team members. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with project sponsors and partners, developing and executing project goals, guiding project teams, providing professional development, and leading grant and proposal writing. The candidate may also serve as a PI or Co-PI for projects. Minimum Education Required Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent. Required Qualifications At least five years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or three years with an advanced degree. A successful background check is required, and a pre-employment physical and drug screen may be necessary. Additional Desired Qualifications Eight to twelve years of relevant experience, supervisory experience, research methodology expertise, and experience in behavioral health or maternal and child health are preferred.
